At Outopia, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item, no questions asked.

How to Start a Return
1. Email us at hello@outopianow.com with your order number.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Ship the item back following our instructions.

Please contact us before sending any item back so we can process your return quickly and correctly.

Item Condition
Items should be returned with all original parts and accessories and, whenever possible, in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover all return costs.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund, at no cost to you.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued within 14 days to your original payment method:
- Card or PayPal payments: refunded to the same card or account.
- Cryptocurrency payments: the USD amount of your order at the time of purchase is refunded in the same cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide. The final crypto amount is based on the exchange rate on the day of the refund.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible.
